A small set of branding controls
Eligible plans support a logo, brand or display name, accent colour and recipient message. Additional recipient headline, background colour and background image options depend on the plan. See Plans for the branding level included.
Branding images are optimised before upload for lighter recipient pages. Use assets you own or have permission to use.
Saved for new transfers
Save your account branding, then create a transfer. Each transfer keeps a snapshot of its branding, so later changes do not restyle links already sent. A preview lets you review your look before saving.
Make the next step straightforward
Recipients open the private link, browse supported previews and folders, then download. They do not need an account for transfer delivery. Keep your message practical: what is included and when the link expires.
Know what branding does not change
Branding does not change transfer security, plan limits or filename anonymisation. GetMyFiles co-branding remains; this is not a fully white-labelled domain or a custom client portal.

- Can I add a logo on Free?
- Free can preview branding, but saving requires an eligible paid plan. Check Plans for the current branding options.
- Will an old link change when I update my logo?
- No. Branding is saved with the transfer when it is created; account branding changes apply to new transfers.
- Can I remove all GetMyFiles branding?
- No. The current basic branding controls retain GetMyFiles co-branding.
