Partner Programme Terms

Joining the programme

You must be at least 18 and apply through our Partner Programme page. Participation begins only after GetMyFiles approves your application. There is no joining fee. Approval is discretionary and may depend on brand fit, audience, compliance and programme capacity.

Complimentary Unlimited

An approved, active partner receives complimentary Unlimited access. This benefit is personal, non-transferable, revocable and not a lifetime entitlement. It may end when participation ends or if programme requirements are not met. Technical, security and fair-use restrictions still apply.

Qualifying referrals and commission

A qualifying referral must be a genuine new customer, validly attributed by GetMyFiles tracking, who takes an eligible paid subscription, whose first payment is collected, and who remains paying for at least two complete paid billing months. Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, cancelled-before-qualification or otherwise invalid subscriptions do not qualify.

Commission is 100% of the eligible customer’s first-month subscription amount actually received by GetMyFiles, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks and credits. It remains pending until every condition is met. Payout timing and method will be communicated in the Partner dashboard or acceptance email. We do not promise an attribution window that has not been communicated.

No self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, or arrangements that reimburse friends or family merely to generate commission are allowed.

Honest promotion

Clearly disclose the commercial relationship, using “Ad” or “Advert” where required. Claims must be accurate and based on genuine experience. Do not use fake reviews, impersonation, misleading earnings claims, spam, cookie stuffing, bots, forced clicks or fake conversions. Do not bid on GetMyFiles brand keywords or register confusing domains or accounts without written permission.

You may invite others to apply, but there is no payment simply for recruiting partners and nobody may charge a joining fee. Never describe the programme as a pyramid, investment, guaranteed income, passive-income promise or get-rich-quick scheme.

Brand licence and relationship

While active, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use approved GetMyFiles partner materials only for compliant promotion. You remain an independent participant, not an employee, agent, franchisee or joint-venture partner, and cannot bind GetMyFiles. You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations and disclosures.

Monitoring, suspension and changes

We may review public promotions and request corrections. We may suspend or terminate participation and withhold or claw back commission linked to fraud, chargebacks, invalid referrals or material breaches. We may change or end the programme prospectively; valid commission already earned under the applicable terms remains protected.

Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, GetMyFiles is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill arising from programme participation. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
