Refunds & cancellation
These terms apply when paid subscriptions become available.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
Current position
Billing is not currently live. When paid purchase becomes available, the price, billing period, renewal terms and payment method will be shown before purchase.
Recurring cancellation
You will be able to cancel a recurring subscription using the account method shown at purchase or through Help. Unless stated otherwise, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically produce a pro-rata refund.
UK 14-day rights
Consumers may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. If you ask for digital services to begin during that period, we may ask for express consent and acknowledgement about how starting supply affects cancellation rights. Any amount lawfully due for service already supplied may be deducted. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds and payment problems
Payments are generally non-refundable outside statutory rights or an express promise shown at purchase. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, billing errors or a material service problem. Failed payments may lead to retries, restricted paid features or subscription cancellation. Improper chargebacks may be investigated, without limiting a genuine right to dispute a payment.
