File delivery for photographers and videographers.

Keep a shoot organised from upload to client download, with nested folders and supported image previews instead of one mixed list.

Organise a shoot by moment or deliverable

Upload folders such as Ceremony, Reception and Final edits with their subfolders intact. Recipients navigate the same hierarchy using folder links and breadcrumbs. Individual files receive neutral labels such as Photo 1.

Let clients see supported images before downloading

Image previews and the gallery view work within the folder being viewed. Supported videos and other previewable formats can be opened on the recipient page; not every camera or professional file format has a browser preview.

GetMyFiles is a delivery tool, not a proofing system. It does not provide client favourites, retouching requests, annotation or approval workflows.

Choose the right hand-off

Use a transfer for a one-off client delivery without recipient signup. Choose individual files, a folder ZIP or an eligible full-transfer ZIP. Original transfer file basenames are replaced; check that this fits your editing or relinking workflow.

For ongoing exchange with another GetMyFiles account, use a shared cloud folder. A folder editor can add and delete files; a viewer can view and download.

Add your studio identity

Eligible plans allow your logo, brand name, message and accent colour on new recipient pages. Additional headline and background options depend on the plan. These are recipient-page branding controls, not a replacement for your portfolio website.

Common questions

Does my client need an account?
No for a private transfer link. Cloud folder sharing is different: it is between GetMyFiles accounts identified by email.
Are these public photo galleries?
No. Transfer galleries are accessed through a private link and are excluded from search indexing. Anyone who receives that link may access the transfer while valid.
Does it preserve original filenames?
Transfer basenames are replaced with neutral names. Nested folder names are preserved. This may not suit workflows that depend on exact camera filenames.
